Fysique ("Fysique", "we", "us", "our") provides personalized fitness coaching, workout plans, and nutrition guidance to clients, delivered primarily through WhatsApp and our website at fysique.net (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and information generated as you use the Service:

• Contact details — your name, phone number (including WhatsApp number), and email address.
• Coaching and health information — details you share to build your plan, such as your age, weight, height, fitness goals, activity level, dietary preferences, food logs, progress photos, and workout progress updates.
• Messages — the content of messages you send us on WhatsApp or through the Service, used to deliver and adjust your coaching.
• Payment information — when you purchase a plan, payment is processed by our payment partner, Safepay. Fysique does not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials — these are handled directly by Safepay under its own privacy and security terms.
• Technical information — basic device and usage data (such as browser type and pages visited) when you use fysique.net.

2. How we use your information

• To create, deliver, and adjust your personalized workout and nutrition plans.
• To communicate with you about your coaching, including check-ins, reminders, and support.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or plan.
• To improve our coaching methods and the Service generally.
• To meet legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How we share your information

We share information only where necessary to run the Service:

• Your coach — the trainer(s) assigned to you can see the coaching and health information you share, in order to build and manage your plan.
• Payment processing — Safepay processes your payment and receives the transaction details needed to do so.
• Service providers — tools we use to run the business (such as messaging, hosting, and scheduling tools) may process your data on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or a valid legal process.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain a client, and for a reasonable period afterward to answer questions, meet legal or accounting obligations, and maintain records of past coaching relationships. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, as described in section 6.

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal or accounting obligation to retain it.
• Opt out of non-essential messages at any time by telling your coach.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know through the Service or by direct message. The "Last updated" date above shows when this policy was last revised.
