Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Fysique's coaching service, delivered through WhatsApp and fysique.net (together, the "Service"), operated by Mustafa Asad, trading as Fysique ("Fysique", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a plan or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Fysique provides personalized fitness coaching, including workout plans, nutrition guidance, and ongoing check-ins delivered primarily over WhatsApp. Plans are built around the information you provide us (goals, activity level, preferences, and progress updates), and may be adjusted by your coach over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a plan or use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the health and fitness information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Health disclaimer

Fysique is a fitness coaching service, not a medical provider. Our coaches are not doctors, and nothing we provide is medical advice. You should consult a physician before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You use any workout or nutrition plan at your own risk, and Fysique is not liable for injury, illness, or other harm arising from your participation.

4. Plans and payment

• Prices for coaching plans are shown at the time of purchase and are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Safepay. Fysique does not store your full card details.
• Access to your plan and coaching begins once payment is confirmed.
• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your health, fitness level, and goals.
• Follow your plan sensibly and stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
• Use the Service, and communicate with your coach, respectfully.
• Keep your account and WhatsApp access secure.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your plan at any time. Refunds are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All workout plans, nutrition guides, content, and materials provided through the Service are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your plan with anyone who has not purchased it from Fysique.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fysique's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your plan in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal reasons. If we make material changes, we will let you know through the Service or by direct message. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
